At any of the walk-up registration days you will need to download and complete the following forms;

Registration Form
Refund Policy
Code of Conduct

Complete these three items along with your payment of $295 and you can drop off the paperwork very quickly.

Additionally we will need to get the following at some point. If you can bring these to the registration it would be helpful

HEAD SHOT PHOTO 1" x 1"
BIRTH CERTIFICATE COPY

BIRTH CERTIFICATE COPY
